Please read our refund, return, replacement and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Introduction

This Refund & Return Policy applies to products sold by Odyssey Proprietary Food Pvt. Ltd. under the brands NOOTIE and FRUZO, including dry fruits, nuts, snacks, gift packs and related food products.

Since our products are food and consumable items, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacement requests may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • You received a damaged or leaked package.
  • You received an expired product.
  • You received a product with a genuine quality issue.
  • Product is missing from the order package.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used or partially consumed products.
  • Products with broken seal or tampered packaging.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Products returned without order proof or verification details.
  • Products reported after the allowed return request period.

4. Return Request Time

If there is any issue with your order, please raise a return or replacement request within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

5. Proof Required

To process your request, we may ask for:

  • Order ID or invoice details.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Unboxing video, if required for verification.
  • Batch number, expiry date or product label photo.

6. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we may provide a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.

If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product or refund after confirmation.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after verification and approval by our team. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or another approved method.

  • Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway or bank.
  • Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue is from our side.
  • Refund will not be approved for used, opened or tampered products.

8. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be accepted only before the product is packed or dispatched.

  • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • For prepaid orders, refund after cancellation will be processed after confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, incorrect pricing or suspicious activity.

9. Damaged Package During Delivery

If the package appears damaged, leaked or tampered at the time of delivery, please take clear photos before opening the package and contact us immediately.

Our team will review the issue and provide the best possible solution.

10. Quality Concerns

If you find any genuine quality issue with the product, please contact us with order details and product photos. After verification, we may offer replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.
